IMAGES AND GIFS OF D-16
WHY DO I HAVE SO MANY.
Guys I promise I like him the normal amount.
I can't lie to myself anymore. He haunts my waking mind. It won't be long before his visage infiltrates my dreams. I can no longer be saved.
About the D-16 playlist.
This one is a work in progress. I'd say that I usually strive to make song choices that aren't just vibe-based. That isn't the case here. I just couldn't find much that hits the nail on the head, but here's a few songs I associate with D-16.
- Hourglass Meadow: No thematic explanation here. It just sort of feels like D-16 and how happy he makes me. The song feels happy on the surface yet there's a tone of desparation and also... hope (?) underneath.
- Catedrais Em Chamas: From what I can tell, you can draw parralels between the lyrics and some of the events of Transformers One. Specifically the revolution Megatron starts and how he lets the world burn.
- The Plagues: The separation of D-16 and Orion has a lot of parralels to the story Ramses and Moses.
- Catabolic Seed: The Cuptoast animation still haunts me. I feel like it pretty realistically portrays how Megatron would feel in the aftermath of his falling out with Orion/Optimus.
