Too late to run

I love this sadistic maniac. All he wants is to fight. He's one of those decepticons that only joined to have an excuse to beat the shit out of people. In that regard, he's a bit like Shockwave, whose unethical experiments could only be facilitated by the decepticons. If the terms of serving under Megatron ever upset him (and they do) he'll just leave to go do whatever he pleases.

He's a superweapon. Not only does he have a rare spark (transformer soul) with extraordinary powers, but they also modified and rebuilt him several times for maximum deadliness. They literally drop him on the battlefield like some kind of bomb. He is nigh indescrubtible, and he revels in his life of constant violence.

Fascinatingly, he can get mentally worn down. All it takes is [CLICK THIS TO REVEAL SPOILERS FOR MTMTE]

...defeating him and then imprisoning him inside a cell that slowns down time. For every 5 seconds he experiences inside his cell, 30 minutes pass outside of it.

The thing is, he easily breaks free as soon as he learns that Megatron is still alive. He just lacked the motivation before.

Chromedome, the orange bot in the image above, is a Mnemosurgeon (Transformer that can remove, infiltrate and replace memories) inside Overlord's mind.

Overlord turns the tables and infiltrates Chromedome's mind. First thing he does after getting the access codes to his cell is taunt Chromedome and promise that he'll kill off his lover, Rewind.

Overlord knows people. He knows what motivates them, he knows what scares them and he will let you know at the most devastating possible time. He toys with people whenever he has the time for it, but he doesn't get caught up in this hobby of his. He knows when to just slaughter everyone to attain his goals, and when it is safe for him to entertain himself.

Ultra Magnus (guy who is getting his shit kicked in here) is one of the biggest and strongest bots on the ship.

Something you might quickly notice when looking at Overlord, is his distinct face. He has a prominent nose, a constant devious grin and, well, large lips. His face is often shaded dramatically in such a way that his upper lip appears black. Over time I've gotten fond of the idea that it might just be painted black, since even when light hits his lip directly from above, it's black. I know it's likely just comic book logic for the shading here. Either way the half black/half white look he has going on here sure is iconic.

It takes him only a few minutes to become a threat to everyone on the Lost Light, a ship that is 24 KILOMETERS LONG AND 16 KILOMETERS WIDE. I AM NOT KIDDING. IT IS THAT BIG... and he still has time to sneak up on people. That's the thing, despite being freakishly tall, he is SILENT AS A MOUSE. Just look at this shit man.
